Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 225 g yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 ml coconut water

Instructions

  • Pit the dates if needed.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
