Ingredients

raspberries

dates
pitted

tbsp
desiccated coconut

yoghurt

tbsp
lemon juice

ml
coconut water
Instructions
Pit the dates if needed.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
